Festival Concept

Festival Overview
Some of the Prepared Detailed Event Contents
[Content 1] Wanted: Vaccine Thief

An event that can be participated in lightly, offering rewards related to the Beer Street Festival, indirectly promoting the event. The "vaccine" concept aims to raise safety awareness and create a Halloween atmosphere.
-
Find the Ghost in the Poster
Example: Today's ghost: The Virgin Ghost, dressed in a white funeral gown, wearing red nail polish, with purple eyeshadow, blood flowing from her mouth, and silver rings on all her fingers. (The key is to include many similar ghosts to make it challenging to find!) -
Summon the Ghost
Upon discovering the ghost, participants must use a specific phrase to summon it. Example: (Today's ghost: The Virgin Ghost) "Will you marry me~" while singing. -
Mission from the Ghost
Today's ghost sprays hand sanitizer on the participant and provides a mission to find the vaccine. Example: Finish a can of beer in 5 seconds, or create a 4-line poem about the Virgin Ghost. -
Receive the Vaccine
If the mission is successful, the ghost will return the vaccine to the participant. (The vaccine will be made in the form of a coupon shaped like a vaccine.) -
Exchange for Beer-Related Products
The vaccine can be exchanged for beer-related products (beer kits, merchandise, etc.).

[Content 2] Tent Guestbook

Example Photo of Guestbook Cover
This content allows participants to create memories in a unique space while also expecting a new promotional effect
through the use of a guestbook.
Implementation Plan
-
Upon entering the tent, place the guestbook and various pens and colored pencils in a highly visible area.
-
Participants can create a tree by stamping their fingerprints on a fingerprint tree on the first page.
-
The blank pages allow participants to freely write and decorate the guestbook as they wish.

[Content 3] Sanitation Ghost Parade
A ghost parade combined with sanitation! Enjoy the Beer Street Festival safely.
Implementation Plan
-
Before the parade starts, a siren will sound throughout the event area to announce the beginning of the parade.
-
Every three hours, staff dressed as ghosts will circulate the entire event space to conduct sanitation.
-
The dressed-up staff will carry sanitation supplies and carry out disinfection.
-
The parade duration will be a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 15 minutes.
-
Play well-known pop songs or Korean songs to keep the atmosphere lively.
-
It’s necessary to announce the parade time on the timetable in advance.
(All ongoing stage events and activities will pause for sanitation.) -
During the parade, attendees can watch the parade or wait outside the event space.

[Content 4] Masks& Costumes "Halloween Costume Masks"

Purpose of the Plan
To incorporate Halloween costumes, which are the highlight of Halloween Day, into masks and costumes that can aid in sanitation, thereby establishing a more voluntary and natural self-sanitation system.
Implementation Plan
-
Prepare popular Halloween costume masks, such as those of the Joker, Scream, and Clown, to distribute to attendees.
-
Operate a booth for those who want to create their own costume masks on the day of the event.
-
Attendees can create their own costume masks using costume items available in the tent.
Festival Covid-19 Sanitation Plan
Since the festival is taking place during the COVID era, we have developed a comprehensive sanitation plan to ensure the safety of participants is our top priority. Furthermore, we aim to go beyond basic sanitation preparations by incorporating enjoyable events into the festival, providing opportunities for fun and engagement.
During this time, we believe that the festival needs new changes to move towards a post-COVID era.
This festival plan has been developed to create a new trend while ensuring both safety and fun through these changes.
