In the era of globalization, we are becoming closer as global citizens, yet paradoxically more distant due to the rise of contactless culture, individualism, automation, and AI. Despite the interconnectedness,
we often overlook that we are part of each other's environment.
Through the play Our Town, we aim to explore the balance between 'myself' and 'my role in society.' By staging Immersive version of Our Town on the terrace of the 5th floor of Susun Hall-a space for rest in our daily school life-students from the Department of Performing Arts will experiment with a unique theatrical approach.
The performance will shift between the world of Our Town and our real lives, expressing 'the here and now' in the context of 2024, while staying true to the play's original message.
<What i did>
1. Making documents which are required for play
2. Organization and distribution of the performance budget.
3. Management of the overall team schedule, notification of deadlines, and scheduling.
4. Conducting team profile photo shoots.
5. Promotion and design (posters and card news)
6. Venue management and seating arrangement.
7. Ticket sales and audience management.
